The expressions of our cold brew coffee beverages come from a variety of different factors.  We begin with carefully roasting our coffees, then allowing the roasted coffee to rest between 48-96 hours so that the flavours within the beans blossom and come to life.  The coffee is then ground to an appropriate size before resting in our inhouse water recipe, where the coffee brews for at least 15 hours. 

Our number one goal is to unlock the subtle flavours of this washed processed Caturra variety from Colombia.
